Come and Join us at VestasRegion APC > Service APAC > CS ChitradurgaCustomer Service Department handles Post-Sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers.ResponsibilitiesWork to the highest safety and environmental standards whilst ensuring that service targets are met  Operation and Maintenance activities in 230/33KV SubstationAstutely identified, analyzed & resolved 220/110/33 KV HT line & MUSSSubstation & Transmission line erection and Transmission line stringing and maintenance of sameErection and commissioning of electrical equipment'sTesting and Troubleshooting of electrical equipment's with analysis DR filesPlanning and effective preventive & predictive maintenance of various machinery and instruments to increase machine life time, Equipment reliabilityOperation, Maintenance of 220/110/33KV HV Substation, control panelRelay co-ordination and protection schemesMinimizing line loss and Reactive power consumptionPreparation of Generation reports i.e., is MGR, DGRBill checking as per drawings providedDaily inspection and Keep on interacting with site contractors for good progress of projectTry to control environmental harms and manage issuesPreparation of maintenance & break down document and primary RCA Preparing, work orderOperation and Maintenance of different types of relay, Transformers, CT, PT Motors, panels, HV switches, Breakers (SF6, VCB, ACB) and MCR Battery bank and UPS MaintenanceTCI and Retrofitting, Re-engineering process, Software upgrade, site-Engineering & its implementationPTW, TBT, LOTO, JSA, HOT work permit and risk assessment & elimination processInspection of all site activity as per schedule, preparing vendors & PO, cooperate with service team to solve site issueConducting audits internal, technical, store etc as per company normsPreparing JMR invoice, B form process, Legal, CEIG with BESCOM, GP tax and Forest lease and Forest fire line process and compliance as per IPP agreementMaterials planning for critical, PM, BM, & also PM planning schedulingExternal line breakdown restoration workGood communication with KPTCL officialsQualificationA Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) is requiredMinimum 3 to 5 years working experience in BOP and substation related workGood communication in English / Kannada is must and Hindi is additional advantageKarnataka state - C license is compulsory for CEIG processCompetenciesAbility to read, comprehend and write English/Kannada as well as the regional languageMust be flexible and able to travel to various Sites/Work locationsKarnataka state - C license is compulsory for CEIG processThorough knowledge on Karnataka State Electricity Board regulations and guidelines on operation of pooling substation and transmission linesWhat We OfferVestas provides an open, respectful, and global culture, an attractive compensation package, and long-term career development.
