About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing apparel-related graphics, including catalogue layouts, feature cards, T-shirt prints, and all-over print (AOP) patterns. This role requires both artistic vision and technical knowledge of print production for textiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging layouts for apparel catalogues, brochures, and feature cards.
  • Create innovative graphic designs for T-shirts (placement prints, slogans, motifs, etc.).
  • Develop all-over prints (AOPs), ensuring repeat accuracy and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with the product development and merchandising teams to align designs with brand identity and seasonal themes.
  • Prepare print-ready artworks with accurate sizing, colors, and placements for bulk production.
  • Research design trends, market inspirations, and competitors to propose fresh concepts.
  • Maintain organized design files, mockups, and templates.
  • Work within deadlines to deliver creative solutions for multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design / Fashion Design or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in apparel graphics and catalogue design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of textile printing techniques (screen, sublimation, DTG, AOP repeat layouts, etc.).
  • Keen eye for typography, colors, and composition.
  • Ability to translate concepts into commercial designs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of fashion trends and garment construction.
  • Experience in packaging design or other lifestyle product graphics.
  • Photography or photo-editing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
