Role & responsibilities

  1. Product Development and Leadership

  2. Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI-enabled product offerings.

  3. Oversee the end-to-end product life cycle from concept to launch.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.

  5. Develop and maintain sophisticated AI software systems, including autonomous agents, neural networks, and deep learning systems.

  6. Articulate and document AI solutions architecture, and product documentation as per standard operating procedure; and share lessons learned from each project.

  7. Internal customer Engagement and Solution Design

  8. Engage with functional heads who are the internal customers to understand their needs and challenges.

  9. Translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.

  10. Provide consultative support, ensuring the effective implementation of AI technologies.

  11. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to facilitate feedback and necessary adjustments.

  12. Thought Leadership and Branding

  13. Drive AI thought leadership by presenting at conferences, webinars, and industry events.

  14. Author white papers, research papers, and case studies to showcase AI innovations.

  15. Build and maintain a portfolio of innovative and patentable AI products.

  16. Leadership, Mentoring, and Collaboration

  17. Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and researchers.

  18. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.

  19. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's & master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related strategic field

  • Proven ability to lead, coach and grow engineering teams

  • Expertise in resource planning, prioritization, and risk management

  • Experience in driving software delivery from planning to release in a fast paced, agile environment.

  • Be well versed with Software Development Life Cycle process, people/resource management.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, including technical debt management, release planning, and capacity estimation

  • Expertise in machine learning and agentic AI or Gen AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and LangChain is a bonus

  • Solid working understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP)

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a bonus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a must

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts to nontechnical stake-hold is non-negotiable
