Job Description:

PoojaKaro is seeking a skilled Senior React Developer to lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces for our faith-tech platform. You will collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless, responsive, and engaging digital experiences for devotees booking rituals, accessing pooja content, and participating in virtual temple events.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop robust applications, including reusable components and front-end libraries
  • Translate complex designs and flows into well-structured, high-performance code
  • Optimize web application performance across diverse devices and browsers
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, handle asynchronous data, and support dynamic user interactions
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and launch new features for the faith-tech ecosystem
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and participate in agile development cycles
  • Stay updated on front-end technology trends, including test automation and accessibility

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in building applications (including Redux, Context API, hooks)
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design
  • Experience with RESTful API integration, Git/version control, and CI/CD workflows
  • Familiarity with performance profiling, unit/integration testing, and security best practices
  • Proven ability to mentor, lead, and innovate in a fast-paced product environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred:

  • Experience working with spiritual, e-commerce, or event-based digital platforms
  • Appreciation for user-centric, accessible, and culturally sensitive digital design
