About the Role:

Are you passionate about safety and precision in scaffolding operations? We're looking for an experienced
Scaffolding Supervisor
to lead our on-site scaffolding activities and ensure compliance with international safety standards.

What You'll Do

Lead & Manage:
Oversee scaffolding installation, modification, and dismantling across project sites.

Ensure Safety:
Enforce strict adherence to OSHA / local safety regulations and company standards.

Team Leadership:
Supervise scaffolding crews, provide technical guidance, and resolve on-site challenges.

Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance.

Coordination:
Work closely with project managers, HSE teams, and other departments to meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; scaffolding certification (CISRS or equivalent) preferred.

Experience:
Minimum [X] years as a scaffolding supervisor in industrial or construction projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (tube & fitting, modular, etc.)
• Familiarity with load calculations and risk assessments
• Soft Skills:
  Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Physical Requirements:
  Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
