Role and Responsibilities: Oversee the procurement process for Skincare Clinics, Cosmetics, Spa, and Salon products from across India and International
  • Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the companys business goals and supports the growth of our Spa and Skincare clinics. Analyzing amp; updating the ReOrder levels for Retail amp; consumable products based on seasonality amp; ensuring 100 alignments on the same on stock orders.
  • Responsible for Order reviews and stock ordering based on Reorder levels determined.
  • Supplier Identification and Selection: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that can provide highquality products, equipment, and services necessary for the smooth operation of the clinics.
  • Vendor Contracting: Negotiate and establish favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring cost effectiveness, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
  • Price Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to obtain competitive pricing for products and services without compromising on quality.
  • ERP Management and Implementation: Oversee the implementation and management of procurementrelated software and systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Vendor Development: Collaborate with the management team to identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion, including identifying potential vendors and products that align with our brand and services.
  • Audit and Compliance: Will be responsible for Stock Auditing and reconciling the same in the system. Keeping track of the stock movement across outlets. Conduct regular audits to monitor supplier performance and compliance.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming procurement team to execute procurement strategies effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory holding costs.
  • Market Research: Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in the market to make informed procurement decisions and capitalize on new opportunities.
Candidate Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
  • 6 years of Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in the Hospital, Healthcare, spa, salon, beauty, or wellness industry.
  • Strong knowledge of spa and skincare products, equipment, and services.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP systems, good MSExcel skills
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A commitment to ethical procurement practices and sustainability
