SAP SCM TRAINER

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing course materials, conducting interactive sessions, and ensuring participants gain strong practical knowledge in SAP SCM modules. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Conduct instructor-led online or classroom training on SAP SCM Provide hands-on training using SAP practice systems. Explain end-to-end supply chain processes and SAP integration. Content Development Prepare training materials including presentations, study guides, assignments, and assessments. Update course content as per the latest SAP versions and industry practices. Develop case studies, real-time scenarios, and exercises for practice. Learner Support Assist learners with doubts, practical exercises, and certification guidance. Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock tests. Monitor student progress and provide feedback. Industry & System Expertise Demonstrate strong understanding of supply chain processes: procurement, inventory management, sales, planning, logistics. Provide insights on industry best practices and real-time use cases. Guide learners on SAP certification paths and job roles. Required Qualifications & Skills Technical Skills Minimum 3–5 years of real-time experience working in SAP SCM modules. Expertise in at least one major module (MM/SD/PP) and working knowledge of others. Strong understanding of integration across SAP modules. Experience using SAP S/4HANA is an advantage. Training Skills Prior training experience preferred (corporate or academic). Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skils. Other Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, SCM, or related field.
