Jr .Copywriter

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Copywriter to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll craft compelling, engaging, and on-brand copy for our social media channels (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). You will work closely with our designers, content strategists, and marketing team to bring our brand voice to life and support key campaigns and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging, concise, and brand-appropriate copy for social media posts, captions, stories, bios, and ads across multiple platforms.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms while maintaining consistent tone and voice.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and the social media team to develop cohesive and creative campaigns.
• Brainstorm and pitch ideas for reactive, trend-based, and evergreen social content.
• Monitor social media trends, cultural moments, and competitor content to inform copy strategy.
• Assist in developing content calendars and scheduling posts as needed.
• Participate in content reviews, internal brainstorming sessions, and team meetings.
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on evolving social media best practices and platform algorithm changes.
• Support social media managers and senior copywriters with campaign messaging and content needs.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing (internships or freelance work count).
• Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Threads, etc.).
• A basic understanding of content performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) is a plus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to write in different tones and styles.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Collaborative and open to feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
