Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Customer Relationship Executive. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role includes supporting sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
