Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Apprentice to join our Project Management team. This position offers a structured learning pathway for individuals looking to build a career in building services engineering while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior MEP technicians and engineers with installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Learn to perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure

Help troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues in commercial buildings

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and parts used

Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Attend required technical training courses and complete related coursework

Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

RequirementsBasic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in various environments and conditions

Preferred QualificationsEnrollment in or completion of a technical school program related to HVAC, electrical, or plumbing

Basic knowledge of building management systems

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Understanding of building codes and regulations
