Role and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Member of Parliament in various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and manage the Member of Parliament's schedule, ensuring it is followed and respected.
  • Communicate directly with Board members, team members, and others on a variety of matters.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Member of Parliament, including confidential matters.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Member of Parliament's office and internal departments.
  • Complete critical tasks with a hands-on approach, such as drafting correspondence and acknowledgment letters.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously, often with deadline pressures.
  • Assist the Member of Parliament with responsibilities outside of the company, such as external Board activity and Committee involvement.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • 5-15 years of experience, preferably in Ministry/Gov.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
