IT Manager

Description : IT Manager oversees the organization's information technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations. This role involves managing IT projects, ensuring network security, and leading the IT team to support the organizations technology needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

IT Strategy and Planning :

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

- Assess and recommend technology solutions to enhance business operations.

Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, ensuring a high level of performance.

- Allocate resources effectively and manage team workload.

Infrastructure Management :

- Oversee the maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.

- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through regular updates and backups.

Project Management :

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.
