Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Project Manager
to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of premium real estate residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of residential development projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resources to meet or exceed defined targets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues quickly to maintain timelines and quality.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align project objectives with company goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, cost analyses, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams to support project success.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10–20 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering premium residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and local regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and MS Office Suite.
