Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform using its services such as Data Proc- Good to have and Data Flow, BigQuery -  etc.
  • Expertise in public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS tools and environments, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experienced in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab/Github, Nexus or equivalent CI/CD tools.
  • Experience in Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible ( good to have) etc.
  • Experienced in Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong software development experience in Python programming languages.
  • Experience with Unix-based systems, including bash programming
  • Experience of writing SQL scripts preferably knowledge of Big Query.
  • Worked in an Agile environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven track record of presenting to clients and executive-level leadership;
  • Exposure to SDLC and continuous delivery toolsets: GitLab CI, TravisCI, CircleCI and Jenkins or comparable tools;
  • Developer background, 3+ years of experience using automation scripting languages: Python, Ansible, Bash or similar;
  • Must understand Agile/SCRUM methodologies;
  • Strong experience with cloud solution design patterns (microservices, messaging, distributed caching, containers, IAM etc.);
  • 5+ years of experience with infrastructure as code development.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus Good to have.
