Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Yavatmal. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, including recruitment, training, and performance management of agents, as well as meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and marketing experience
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in insurance sales is a plus
