About the Role:

it is for one of the leading company management who are looking for experienced and dedicated Route Leaders to manage and optimize our field logistics and ATM/CIT operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations and be capable of leading a team of 3050 ground-level employees efficiently.

This is a critical, multi-functional role requiring operational planning, people management, and coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders such as banks and MSPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Prepare and prioritize daily route sheets for smooth and timely field operations.
• Assist the Branch Manager in preparing feasibility reports for new operations.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Prepare indents and hand them over to ATM/CIT operators for daily operations.
• Plan and allocate resources for withdrawal and dispatch routes.
• Assign Android devices to custodians and track usage.
• Monitor route loading performance in coordination with the Reports team.
• Share end-of-day customer reports with banking partners.
• Manage ATM and CIT-related escalations; coordinate with FLM teams for resolution.
• Support the reconciliation team by addressing internal queries.
• Verify and validate route plans post-execution.
• Conduct daily debriefings with ATM/CIT operators.
• Ensure accurate cash processing, including during night shifts.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Manage and track petty cash related to route operations.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for petty cash reconciliation.

People Management:

• Lead and manage a team of 3050 ATM/CIT field operators.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 35 years in logistics, warehouse operations, or cash management.
• Team Handling: Proven experience managing 3050 ground-level staff.

• Skills:

• Strong operational planning and execution

• People leadership and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with ATM/CIT operations preferred
