About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team in Noida. As a trainer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering aspiring professionals with

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive training sessions on

    , covering comprehensive topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and more.
  • Teach the

    , including platforms like ChatGPT for content generation, AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics with AI insights), automated ad optimization (e.g., via Google Ads AI), and predictive modeling for campaigns.
  • Create course content
    from scratch or update existing materials, including lesson plans, presentations, case studies, quizzes, and hands-on projects tailored to industry needs.
  • Organize batches for training
    , including scheduling sessions, managing enrollments, coordinating with participants, and ensuring smooth batch operations for both online and offline modes.
  • Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and track progress to improve training outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI advancements, and best practices to enhance curriculum relevance.
  • Collaborate with the team to promote courses and contribute to marketing efforts for the academy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in
    digital marketing

    holistic knowledge
    and hands-on experience in all major channels and strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in

    , with the ability to demonstrate practical applications in real-time scenarios.
  • Demonstrated ability to

  • Experience in

Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (certifications like Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, or similar are a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a training or teaching role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital platforms (e.g., Canva, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable to a fast-paced training environment.
