Biitcode is urgently hiring AGM_Sales: Real Estate for our reputed client in the Real Estate industry, located in Pune.

Position: Sale Executive

Location: Baner, Pune

Requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting through to closing.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and promotions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
