Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting quality control checks, performing quality audits, and ensuring adherence to quality standards in manufacturing. The role also involves monitoring production processes, addressing non-conformities, and collaborating with other departments to optimize quality management systems.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Engineering to monitor processes and identify improvements
  • Experience in Quality Management and Quality Auditing for compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Strong Quality Assurance skills to uphold and implement best practices in manufacturing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations specific to manufacturing and heavy engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is preferred
