Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Science and Arts streams for our WB board & CBSE Board residential schools in Kolkata and Murshidabad. The ideal candidates should be enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring students in a residential school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and syllabus-aligned lessons to students of higher secondary classes.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments as per West Bengal Board & CBSE curriculum.
• Conduct regular tests and evaluate student progress.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
• Provide academic and pastoral support as part of a residential school setup.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Postgraduate in relevant subject + B.Ed (Preferred).
• Experience:
• Freshers with tuition or home tutoring experience are welcome to apply.
• Prior school teaching experience will be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to relocate and work in a residential school environment.

Remuneration:

• ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
