Role & responsibilities
* Knowledge of GPON technology.
* OFC (optical fiber ) troubleshooting knowledge, (Installation, OFC Network maintenance and surveillance) and access network roll outs.
* Handling Network for Broadband Services.
* Technical knowledge of wireless networking & Technical knowledge
* Troubleshooting of OFC(Optical Fiber Cable). Also designed Network.
* Handling customer queries received & Customer Relations.
*Perform fiber splicing and termination using splicing machines
*OTDR, and fault identification
*Conduct OTDR, Power Meter testing on PON links
*Handle splitter connectivity (1:4 / 1:8 / 1:16 / 1:32) and route management
*Maintain fiber routes and perform cut over and repair activities
