We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our on-site team in Pune. This is an immediate full-time opportunity for a designer who can take charge of brand projects—right from ideation to execution. If you're someone who blends aesthetics with strategy, loves crafting meaningful visuals, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll fit right in.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of digital creatives—social media posts, ads, banners, emailers, and campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to craft high-engagement visual content for social media and digital platforms. Design user interfaces and experiences for websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms with a focus on usability and brand consistency.

Develop packaging, signage, and in-store communication for retail branding projects. Translate brand narratives into visual stories across all customer touchpoints. Create wireframes, layouts, and prototypes that reflect strong UX thinking and design sensibility.

Present concepts to internal teams and clients, and adapt designs based on feedback. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in branding, UI/UX, and digital storytelling. What

You'll NeedProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and UI/UX work. Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Passion for storytelling through design. Ability to collaborate effectively and manage timelines independently. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in a design role.
