We're Hiring | Product Engineer – Customer Facing

TechBridge is seeking a
Product Engineer – Customer Facing
to join our Product Engineering / Customer Success team in Gurgaon.

This role is ideal for candidates who wish to begin their careers by combining technical engineering skills with direct customer engagement. The position involves supporting product implementation, configuration, initial troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related discipline

Basic knowledge of software development, APIs, and system configurations (Linux)

Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally

Good understanding of product lifecycle and troubleshooting fundamentals

Proficiency with documentation and presentation tools (MS Office, Google Workspace)

Internship or project experience in product engineering, technical support, or presales preferred

Role Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites (if required)
  • Ability to present confidently in customer interactions
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp product features and workflows
