Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and productionizing AI/ML models, working with large-scale datasets, and leveraging modern frameworks and cloud platforms to deliver intelligent business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI/ML models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, and computer vision.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and ensure data quality and performance.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain models using MLOps best practices and cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Evaluate model performance through continuous experimentation, testing, and tuning.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable AI/ML components and frameworks.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn.
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development.
  • Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Spark, or Databricks.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and microservice integration.
  • Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners or short notice period highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
