We are looking for a Construction Laborer with leadership and labour management skills who can handle site work, labour supervision, installation and maintenance activities independently.

This role requires hands-on work along with responsibility of managing labour and site execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise construction labour at site
  • Arrange manpower as per site requirement
  • Handle fire fighting installation & maintenance work
  • Ensure work quality and timely completion
  • Maintain labour discipline and attendance
  • Coordinate with office and site team
  • Perform hands-on site work when required
  • Experience in construction / site labour handling
  • Ability to manage workers independently
  • Fire fighting / plumbing / mechanical work knowledge preferred
  • Languages: Marathi & Hindi mandatory
  • Willing to work on Pune and nearby sites
  • Responsible and practical approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹27,000.00 per month
