Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Grid Integration Manager, located in Chennai. The Grid Integration Manager will be responsible for managing the integration of renewable energy sources into the power grid, optimizing grid performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Manager will work closely with the engineering and operations teams to develop and implement strategies for grid stability, reliability, and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring grid performance, coordinating with utility providers, analyzing grid data, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves preparing reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, and Grid Operations
  • Knowledge of Renewable Energy Integration, Grid Stability, and Reliability
  • Technical skills in Data Analysis, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting
  • Strong Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree or professional certifications in power systems or renewable energy are a plus
