Elmond Educators is hiring experienced IT Trainers to create high-quality pre-recorded video courses. We are onboarding trainers in DevOps, Python, AWS, Cloud, and other IT domains. This is a flexible, remote role ideal for working professionals, educators, or freelancers who want to earn continuous income from their expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Create structured, topic-wise pre-recorded training videos
  • Explain concepts clearly with real-time examples
  • Provide notes, assignments, and supporting materials
  • Coordinate with Elmond's content team for curriculum planning
  • Ensure high-quality audio/video in all recordings
  • Complete course content within deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

Goodwill Amount:

  • One-time payment provided after course submission

Revenue Share Model:

  • Earn 30% for each student purchase
  • Earn 50% if the student purchases through your referral
  • Payments processed after applicable deductions (tax, discounts, platform charges)

Qualifications

  • Strong domain knowledge in DevOps, Python, AWS, Cloud, or similar IT fields
  • Prior training/teaching experience preferred (not mandatory)

  • Ability to record clean, professional-quality videos
  • Laptop, mic, and basic recording setup required
