Overview:

As a Senior Graphic Designer you'll be at the forefront of shaping visually compelling narratives across various platforms. Collaborating with the client servicing, operations, and sales team, you will create impactful designs for web, social media, events, trade shows, and in-store displays. Your work will help bring Fortune 500 brands to life through cutting-edge, strategic design executions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for various design projects, including exhibition designs, digital content, and branding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure designs align with client requirements, brand guidelines, and project objectives.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep Spark Magic at the forefront of design innovation.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to elevate the design team's output.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Design, Visual Arts, Creative Multimedia, or a related field is preferred
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in exhibition or event design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• A portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, and versatility in design
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A passion for design with a keen eye for innovation and trends
• Excellent aesthetic sense with a deep understanding of layout, balance, and visual hierarchy
• A strong working knowledge of print production processes and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to artwork preparation
• Experience working directly with clients and vendors, ensuring all project needs are met
• Ability to work autonomously while being a dedicated team player, handling multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, WordPress, motion graphics, and illustration is a bonus and will set you apart
