Job Role:

  • Exposure in installation, modification and troubleshooting of machines.
  • Exposure in PNEUMATIC & HYDRAULIC control system
  • Providing Technical support of PLC, Compressor, Chiller, CNC tube bending Machines, welding (Tig, Mig, spot, resistance welding)
  • Exposure in Vacuum Pumps servicing, hydraulic pumps servicing (Chiller, vane type, Gear type, Reciprocating screw type)
  • Coordinate with Production/line in charge on day to today for the maintenance of all machineries and facilities are in running condition and take up machineries/equipment for preventive maintenance, reconditioning and upgrading.
  • Guide and assist operator with maintenance activities to maintain basic machinery condition, (Daily inspection, Lubrication, Bolting, cleaning, Technical support. And correcting problems.) & Ensure implement of 5s in shop floor
  • Ensure all machineries and equipment is in good working condition, Including Safety linter locks on all machineries and ensure system reliability and minimize machines down time.
