Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in nursing programs.
• Develop and implement curriculum for nursing courses.
• Conduct research in areas related to nursing education, practice, or policy development.
• Mentor junior faculty members and graduate students on academic projects.
• Participate in departmental meetings, conferences, and workshops to stay updated on latest developments in the field of nursing education.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (B.Sc + MS/M.Sc(Science) or equivalent) with a minimum 50% aggregate score from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4-9 years of experience as an Associate Professor/Professor in Nursing Education/Practice/Research.
• Strong teaching skills with ability to design engaging lesson plans and assess student performance effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
