Job Description: Travel Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in travel sales, with a proven track record of success in the USA and UK markets. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and effectively utilizing digital marketing channels to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Generate and convert sales leads for travel packages, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.

Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, airlines, and destinations within the USA and UK markets.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the organization.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve common goals.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum of 2 year of experience in travel sales, with a focus on the USA and UK markets.

Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal).

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of PPC, Meta, and GDS systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in using CRM software.

Knowledge of other international markets.
