1. Quality Management System (QMS) & Food Safety Management System (FSMS)

  • Maintain, update, and implement QMS policies in line with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and maintain QMS/FSMS manuals.
  • Drive continual improvement through CAPA, change control, and deviation management.
  • Knowledge on CCP/OPRP/Preventive controls to prepare product specific HACCP documents.
  • Lead risk assessments (FMEA, HACCP) and ensure QMS/FSMS documentation is audit ready.

2. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Author, review, revise, and train staff on SOPs across departments.
  • Ensure version control, accessibility, and compliance of all controlled documents.

3. Vendor Management & Qualification

  • Conduct raw material risk assessments.
  • Participate in supplier audits.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to resolve quality issues and ensure supply chain compliance.

4. Audits (Internal & External)

  • Plan, execute, and report internal audits, track findings and verify CAPA closure.
  • Facilitate external audits (regulatory, customer, certification bodies); prepare responses and remediation plans.
  • Lead internal audits at site.
  • Lead Auditor certificate ISO 9001:2015 & FSSC 22000 ver 6
  • Trained PCQI (Human Food)
  • Knowledge on Kosher and Halal requirements, ensure compliance at site for Kosher and Halal audits.

5. Additional Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support validation/qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of equipment, processes, and software
  • Investigate OOS/OOT, complaints, and recalls; perform root-cause analysis.
  • Deliver QA training programs and promote quality & food safety culture.
  • Monitor Quality & food Safety objectives.
  • Conduct food safety inspections at site.
  • Collaborate with site stakeholders for compliance activities.
