Purpose of the role : To manage AV solutions & devices across all locations of TVSM and group entities. This role is also to manage critical meetings like Board meeting, TP meetings etc. This role will support Sr. Leadership team IT needs like Mobile, laptop configuration etc.
Role Description & Functional competency
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Develop and design AV systems, including audio, video, control, and lighting systems.
- Create detailed engineering schematics, diagrams, and layouts.
Ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
IT support to Sr. Leadership team
Project Management:
Lead AV projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Installation and Integration:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of AV systems.
- Ensure systems are installed correctly and function as intended.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting to resolve any issues.
Technical Support and Maintenance:
Provide technical support for AV systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
Train clients and end-users on system operation and maintenance.
Team Leadership and Mentoring:
Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members on technical issues and best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of AV systems, including design documents, installation guides, and user manuals.
- Prepare project reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible.
Client Interaction:
Work closely with clients to understand their AV needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Offer professional advice and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.

In-depth knowledge of AV technologies, including audio, video, control systems, laptops, desktops, mobile phones & iPADs
- Proficiency in using AV design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
