Job Description:

Sales Officer – Leading NBFC (Home Loan Division)

Locations:

  • Kanpur
  • Bareli
  • Varanasi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively drive sales of home loan products through direct customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive information about home loan products, including interest rates, repayment options, and benefits.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve any issues to ensure a smooth loan application process.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • A degree in any discipline is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for client visits.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned locations.
