Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and deploy microservices-based solutions with high availability and performance.
  • Integrate and manage message brokers like Kafka for real-time event streaming.
  • Work with MongoDB (NoSQL) and Redis for efficient data storage and caching.
  • Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and security in distributed environments.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues

Key Skills:

  • Core Java, Java 8+
  • Spring Boot, Spring Framework
  • Microservices Architecture & RESTful APIs
  • Kafka / Event-driven architecture
  • Redis / Caching frameworks
  • MongoDB / NoSQL Databases
  • SQL (RDBMS knowledge is a plus)
  • Good understanding of design patterns and system scalability

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of strong backend development experience in Java & Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience in Microservices, Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (Agile, CI/CD, Git).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
