Job Summary:

Superbee Aeronautics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager / Head Manufacturing capable of independently managing a variety of CNC machines used in high-precision aerospace component manufacturing. The candidate must possess strong technical and leadership skills to train and guide the existing machine operators, ensuring consistent productivity, quality, and adherence to aerospace-grade tolerances.

1. Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd. MU Tech 6 (5 Axis Machining Centre)

2. DMG MORI – CLX 350 (CNC Turning Centre)

3. AMS – MCV 350 (CNC Milling) – 2 Nos

4. ACE DESIGNERS – SUPER JOBBER (CNC Turning) – 2 Nos

5. ACE DESIGNERS – JOBBER XL (CNC Turning)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines.
• Study engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T details thoroughly to understand

component geometry and tolerance requirements before machining.

• Verify dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish parameters before production.
• Select and prepare cutting tools, jigs, and fixtures suitable for each operation.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and adjust parameters to maintain precision and repeatability.
• Optimise tool paths, cutting speeds, and feeds to improve machining efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and mentor the existing CNC operators and helpers, ensuring they

understand machine operation, program loading, tool setting, and inspection procedures.

• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machining and inspection.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for dimensional verification and final acceptance.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machines.
• Maintain production records, tool usage logs, and quality reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, housekeeping, and quality standards within the workshop.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in CNC operation and programming.
• Controller Expertise: Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi systems.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiency in CAM tools such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, NX, or PowerMill preferred.
• Technical Knowledge:

Machining parameters for aluminium, steel, and composite materials.

Tool selection, wear monitoring, and fixture design basics.

Machining to aerospace tolerances mm) and critical dimensional inspection.
