In this role, you'll work closely with a global team to ensure that India's next generation of doctors can learn smarter, not harder.

You will:

• Collaborate with other motivated physicians to develop new learning materials (e.g., practice questions for exam preparation) and optimize existing content for medical students in India.

• Work closely with our Commercial and Product teams to shape the development of a digital learning product for medical students in India.

• Keep our content current and relevant to the target users: integrate user feedback and incorporate new market-specific, evidence-based guidelines.

• Become an expert in using our content management system, which seamlessly integrates text, images, and videos (no tech background required).

You bring:

• Recognized medical degree in India (MBBS, MD/MS, DNB), with valid registration.

• Experience taking a centralized medical exam, either in India (e.g., NEET PG, INCITE, FMGE), or an equivalent international exam (e.g., USMLE, IFOM, PLAB/UKMLA, AMC exam).

• Deep understanding of the medical education space in India, including exam formats and learning challenges.

• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with the creation of medical educational content or teaching (a plus).

• Technical literacy (e.g., experience with AI tools, data-driven decision-making, or programming basics) is a strong plus.

• Explaining complex medical topics to others in a clear and didactic manner.

We are an international team: you will collaborate during core working hours 09:30–13:30 CEST (13:00–17:00 IST).

Here is what your interview journey will look like:

• A 30-minute call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to get to know you, understand your career motivations, and give you more insight into the role and team.

• A skills assessment (time investment of 4-5 hours in 1 day) to find out more about your ability to produce well-researched, accurate, concise, and clearly structured content for medical students.

• A 60-minute call with the Hiring Manager and two members of the team to discuss your assessment, give you an insight into how our team works, and get to know each other.

• A 30-minute call with our Content Lead to get to know and learn more about our Editorial team.
