Role & responsibilities
A Senior Geologist for the supervision of the NH-510 road construction project is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in monitoring consultant and contractor works, assessing the geological suitability of the site, identifying ground hazards such as landslides, and conducting risk assessments. They review and analyze site investigations, ensure quality and suitability of construction materials, supervise geological aspects of construction including tunnels, and help maintain project timelines and budgets. They prepare reports, participate in meetings, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project
Preferred candidate profile
Masters in Geology
Experience: 20-25YRS
Experience in specialized slope protection works/ major Tunnel
construction/construction supervision Projects (Road/Rail/Metro)
using NATM technology.
