We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Laundry Associate in Ananta hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of laundry washing, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Familiarity with laundry washing and cleaning procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as laundry bags and cleaning equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest handling procedures is beneficial.
