The Role

We're looking for a versatile storyteller to own our content from concept to execution. You will be responsible for planning our content calendar, writing powerful scripts and copy, and analyzing performance to grow our brand across social media.

Core Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage the social media content calendar.

* Write compelling scripts for talking head stories, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), and narratives for religious music videos.

* Conceptualize and write content for our "Festive Blend" series, celebrating key cultural events.

* Research spiritual topics to ensure all content is authentic and insightful.

* Analyze content performance to optimize our strategy and increase engagement.

Key Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in content strategy and scriptwriting for social media.

* Deep, demonstrable knowledge of Indian spiritual and religious philosophies.

* Exceptional scriptwriting and storytelling skills, with experience in narrative development for video.

* Proven ability to grow and manage social media channels.

* A portfolio with script or video content examples is required for consideration.
