Role Overview:

As an AWS Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role involves handling AWS services, troubleshooting network issues, and working closely with clients to resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage
    EC2 instances
    ,
    VPC
    ,
    S3 buckets
    ,
    RDS databases
    ,
    Lambda functions
    , and
    Elastic Load Balancers
    .
  • Monitor system health using
    CloudWatch
    and ensure secure, optimized performance.
  • Troubleshoot VPC connectivity, EC2 networking, and IAM-related access issues.
  • Implement networking concepts such as
    TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing
    .
  • Apply security best practices including IAM roles, policies, and MFA.
  • Document processes, solutions, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering and provide timely support under SLAs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience with
    AWS services
    and cloud networking.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
