Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Udyam Mitra at Jagriti Enterprise Centre-Purvanchal, located in Ballia. The Udyam Mitra will work closely with local entrepreneurs and small businesses, providing guidance on business planning, operations, and growth strategies. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, mentoring entrepreneurs, facilitating access to resources, and monitoring the progress of supported enterprises. The Udyam Mitra will play a critical role in promoting entrepreneurship and ensuring sustainable growth for small and medium enterprises in the local community.

Qualifications

• Strong mentoring and guidance skills to support entrepreneurs in business planning and operations
• Demonstrated ability in conducting workshops and facilitating access to business resources
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of local markets and challenges faced by entrepreneurs in Tier 2 and Tier 3 districts
• Ability to work independently in an on-site role and manage project deadlines effectively
• Experience in enterprise support or mentoring is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field is advantageous
