Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end
  mould development
  , design, trials, repair, and vendor coordination.
• Drive
  packaging innovation
  that's stable, cost-effective, and regulatory compliant.
• Conduct
  factory trials, travel tests, and stability studies
  to ensure packaging efficiency.
• Optimize existing
  packaging specifications
  and ensure machinability on production lines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project deliverables
  OTIF
  and support value creation.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong technical expertise in
  Rigid Packaging / Plastic Moulding
  .
• Deep knowledge of
  Polymer Science
  and
  FMCG packaging materials
  .
• Hands-on, innovative approach with strong
  project & time management
  skills.
• Qualification:
  Post Graduate from IIP / CIPET / B.Tech.
• Experience:
  6–10 years
  in packaging development and moulding technology.
• Exposure to institutes like
  IIP, CIPET, CFTRI
  will be an added advantage.
