We are currently hiring for legal associate positions:

Associate: Are you a recent law graduate eager to dive into the complexities of commercial law? Bring your foundational knowledge and passion to learn (0-1 year experience)

We are looking for individuals with:

Strong Legal Acumen: A solid understanding of commercial laws such as IBC, Companies Act, with a working knowledge of related procedures.

Analytical Mindset: The ability to dissect intricate legal matters, formulate precise propositions, and offer strategic solutions.

Effective Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills to articulate arguments persuasively and build strong client relationships.

Collaborative Spirit: A team-oriented approach, ready to contribute to a supportive and expert environment.

Procedural Proficiency: Familiarity with e-filing and procedural work before various Courts, Forums & Tribunals (DHC, NCLT, NCLAT, etc.).

Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough legal research and prepare insightful briefs and notes.

Case Management: Capability to manage a portfolio of cases effectively.

Drafting Expertise: Experience in drafting petitions, applications, replies, and legal notices related to civil, commercial & criminal matters.

Eligibility:

Must be a law graduate with a degree recognised by the Bar Council of India and enrolled as a member of any State Bar Council.
