Technical Leadership
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Make strategic technical decisions for backend (APIs, databases, infrastructure) and frontend (UI frameworks, UX).
Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of 10 engineers across frontend, backend, and DevOps.
- Assign and monitor tasks, collaborate with scrim master for the daily updates and communication.
Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Project Ownership
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to define technical requirements and deliverables.
Own end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning to production deployment and post-launch support.
Innovation and Improvement
Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency.
- Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong track record of building full-stack applications.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Strong backend experience with technologies like , Python, C#, or similar.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.
