Key Responsibilities:

  • Computer hardware configuration & troubleshooting (desktops/laptops).
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
  • Install & maintain Windows (7/10/11) and Linux OS.
  • Perform desktop/laptop repair and preventive maintenance.
  • System installation and setup for new users.
  • Install and support printers, scanners, biometric devices.
  • Software installation & basic application support.
  • Resolve LAN connectivity issues at desktop level.
  • Provide end-user technical support.
  • Maintain documentation for service requests and repairs.

Qualification

  • Experience - 2 to 3 years
  • Qualification - Diploma/B.Tech/BE/BCA/MCA
  • Location - Safdarjung, Delhi (on site)
  • Working Days - 5 days (Mon to Fri)
  • Immediate Joiner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
