We are seeking an experienced Fullstack MERN Tech Lead to drive architecture, scalability, and delivery for our core product team. This is a leadership role with hands-on coding, system design, and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead scalable web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL, Express, React, )
  • Design and implement microservices/macro services architectures
  • Oversee API strategy, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Mentor and review developers' code to enforce best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA)

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 3+ years in software development (2+ years in leadership/architect roles)
  • Expertise in MERN stack and scalable architectures
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure
  • Strong knowledge of REST, GraphQL, caching (Redis/Memcached), and DevOps tools
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have)

  • Serverless: AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions
  • Real-time: WebSockets,
  • AI/ML integration experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
