Job Title: Supervisor

Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Supervisor who is trustworthy, hardworking, and eager to take

responsibility. The candidate should be able to lead a small team, ensure discipline on

the shop floor, and oversee daily factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise day-to-day factory activities.

● Coordinate and guide workers to ensure smooth workflow.

● Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene within the premises.

● Track and report daily production/output to management.

● Ensure quality standards are followed.

● Assist in managing raw material and finished goods.

Requirements:

● Fresher or up to 1 year of experience can apply.

● Strong leadership qualities and a trustworthy nature.

● Ability to handle a team and maintain accountability.

● Good communication and problem-solving skills.

● Willing to take ownership and responsibility.
