Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Logistics -Training position located in Kozhikode | Malappuram. The Sr Logistics -Training role involves the planning and execution of logistics training programs, monitoring and evaluating training performance, coordinating with various departments to ensure training needs are met, overseeing supply chain management processes, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes preparing training materials and documentation for export-related procedures and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate training performance
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge and understanding of Export procedures and compliance
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
