
Travel Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive – Travel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–1.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry, with strong communication and customer relationship skills. You will be responsible for promoting our travel packages, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages, tours, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client preferences and suggest suitable travel solutions.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and transport providers for seamless bookings.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and industry practices.
- Handle client queries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Requirements:
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in sales (travel/tourism preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM, booking tools).
- Passion for travel and customer service.
